The CRA has updated a new feature in your my account that will allow you to see if you have any “uncashed cheques”.
That’s right….a list of cheques that CRA has sent you that you might not have received or didn’t cash. My understanding is that they do not expire so have a look in your CRA my account and see if you have some funds unclaimed.
To check to see if you have some missing money:
- Log into your CRA “My Account”
- On the right-hand side down the page is a link called “Uncashed Cheques”
- Click and see!
